Training Guilld

Ive had numerous messages regarding a training guild, due to the sudden influx of new members it could well be time . it depends on what we are going to do with our not very actives and poor level/ econ members, do we create a training Guild and hope they grow with some help of course .
will doing this create a farm ?
will it bring us more trouble than its worth ?

it really depens on what we want the gamma server to see us as...

and the reason my account is not relly growing is main coz i am busy try to fix AE extras (http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/56813)

First, Jeff your the man for working on the Extra's fix. Thanks.
Secondly, I think that we are too weak to have a sub-guild currently, and not structured enough. When we get our communication and leadership set, then its a great idea with the right sub GM, but now it would be a headache for you I am sure.

yes i agree with you pscash and thats more or less the way i responded to the pm's i received lets get oour own house in order first
